Based on the results from the Human Genome Project (HGP), an international thirteen-year project that began in October 1990, Xfinity Labs began evaluating specific SNPs identified within its report. The projects’ focus was to sequence and map the entire human genome (full set of genes present in the human body). Completed in 2003, the HGP findings gave us the ability to read nature’s complete genetic blueprint for human beings. Based on this solid foundation, Xfinity Labs further examines DNA to develop new ways to treat, cure, or even prevent the thousands of diseases that afflict humankind.

Xfinity labs operate with the fundamental business ethic of complete transparency. This means the full, accurate, and timely disclosure of information. We approach the genomics industry from a position of personal empowerment and privacy. We do not claim ownership of the sample collected nor the analysis we run on it
including the resulting information.

Our process is simple with no hidden agendas or conditions

Xfinity Labs aims to empower all our clients and physicians with unique and actionable genetic data enabling smarter lifestyle choices.
